We love the HH Beach and Tennis Resort. We honey the huge pool, the friendliness of the staff, the location. The room we stayed in did accept a few bug, though. There was a weird olfactory property we didn't love, pocket-sized bugs littered each windowsill, there were lights we couldn't get to work, we had to fix the dishwasher ourselves to go information technology to work. It's was overall fine. Nosotros would come up back to this location, but would probably pick a different room next time.

Information technology was nice having our own apartment. We were able to melt our own meals. The drawback was no maid service the whole x days. The lawn tennis courts were existence used for a college preparation and missed having a hot tub.

We stumbled on this condo later on leaving Tybee Island from A bad experience with a refunded reservation. LOVE Honey THIS PLACE. One of the best vacations ever and will return next year! fair pricing and everything we needed for a family of 4. Out girls slept on pullout couch and information technology worked out fine.

We have spoken with operator of the tennis courts, and to ensure of better fashion of advice. We take reached out to all invitee to inform them, on the holding and the incoming reservations. At this time nosotros are currently working with others that are here and they have managed to make their time to play on the courts while the college wasn't playing. Squeamish stay

Close to beach, nice grounds, smaller units (our 2 bedchamber barely fit hubby, self & three teens), gorgeous tennis/ pickleball courts and nonheated pools.

Adequate, but needs work.

Excellent location away from the hubbub of lower island. Beach is nice, very quiet. Lovely pool. Bedchamber was very pocket-sized, but acceptable. Identify needed deep cleaning. Rug and upholstery dingy. Toaster didn't piece of work. No hangers in closet. No hair drier. Vertical slats missing on blinds. Leg fell off chair while sitting in it. Could be nice if better maintained.

Christmas at HHI

We spend the Christmas weekend in HHI. Our room was lovely- beautiful balustrade with body of water view. The space was beautifully decorated and felt similar home. Our only complaint was the condition of the mattresses- non at all comfortable- we were all potent and sore after our dark of sleep. Simply all in all we had a wonderful weekend.

Nice terminal infinitesimal getaway

Decided on visiting last minute. Rooms were available at a reasonable price & the rooms were upgraded based on availability. Property was clean, resort bar, beach and pool admission. There was a $135 fee at checkin & the property was dated. Updated bathrooms, but floor plan and some structural issues. Bedroom were near master entry so a light sleeper may hear guests In hallways. Overall 4/5 stars and I enjoyed the property.

Walkable to embankment. Two bedroom condo that booked was clean and comfortable. Would have been improve for longer stay. May be a week instead of three days. Not many food options nearby. Overall it was a good stay.

Nice embankment place

I booked 3 different rooms at the aforementioned time for my family, I was very disappointed that our rooms were not all near each other. 2 were sort of close simply the other one was far away.

The staff of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort are delighted that y'all chose our location for your family unit holiday. Our Resort is a fairly large property and unfortunately we do not manage every condo which makes request for side by side condos scarce. Also our one bedroom condos are in carve up buildings from two bedroom condos. With these unfortunate conflicts we do our best with requests. On the behalf of the entire staff nosotros apologize that the condos weren't closer but we sincerely hope that you enjoyed your stay.

Beware the fine print

Pay attention to the fine impress. An extra $165 ($110 housekeeping and $25 parking) for the ii nights made this not the bargain nosotros thought it was.

We are a belongings management company and therefore operate a bit differently than a hotel. Nosotros charge a cleaning fee, a gate pass fee and a reservation fee; none of which are collected past Expedia. These charges are charged to all guests and not but Expedia guests. I promise you lot enjoyed your stay otherwise and hope you'll return.

Long weekend November. 4-7, 2021

Our condo was clean and very squeamish. The bed was not comfy at all. They didn't give us enough wash cloths. It was only 2 of united states of america for a 3 twenty-four hour period weekend and they gave united states of america 5 wash cloths. Nosotros asked at the forepart desk-bound for more than merely they said information technology was through an exterior company and then they didn't accept any. Our weekend was a very rainy one and then nosotros didn't become to go effectually the property. We did go to Coconutz two nights and the food and drinks were keen.

Every staff fellow member we encountered was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed some drinks and football games at the onsite sports bar. We loved the pool area and beach, even though it was a bit too common cold to swim (terminate of October). I also can't say enough near the view (body of water view room selected) and the extremely short walk to the beach. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends and accept already booked a return stay this upcoming summer.

Perfect place

Perfect condo, extra blankets, fully stocked with beach chairs and even sand castle toys for kids. Five minute walk to the beach completely safe and secure with a security gate.

The all-time office of the stay was it was close to the beach. The negative was our apartment had a very potent odour of mold. If I had asthma or respiratory problems I could not have stayed at this place. Blackness mold was in the bathroom ceiling and around vent.

This belongings was groovy for our golf game trip this past calendar week. It was close walking altitude to the beach and nosotros enjoyed the belongings'southward bar and grill staying open up later for late snacks. Cheque in was quick and like shooting fish in a barrel. Nice Place BUT SECURITY GUARD IS A THEIF AND CROOK

Security guard tried to "milk shake" me down past demanding I pay him greenbacks to get in. He tried as well adding $100 in for him. This place was very dainty otherwise and I would stay once more.....notwithstanding In that location IS Cheat AND THIEF SECURITY Guard WORKING Belatedly Night Oct eight, 2021 that should be fired ......because this was not his commencement time doing this plain.

I take grown upward going to Embankment & Tennis. I looked frontwards to taking my hubby for the first time. Upon arrival, check in was great (always has been). We got the room cardinal and headed up to C302. When we walked in, we could tell that the unit was older. The more than nosotros looked around, putting our stuff down, we realized that the unit probably hadn't been updated since it was purchased. The air filter hasn't been changed in forever. The receptacles were coming OFF the wall in the bedroom. Kitchen drawers would literally autumn out when you went to open them, yet on the other hand, drawers on a small dresser in the bedchamber got stuck and would not close. Overall, the unit of measurement but seemed sometime and dirty. This is no reflection on the resort itself, only the owners of this detail unit. Check out was great and the lady at the desk apologized over and over. It was my birthday weekend and I was VERY under-impressed with the conditions.

Has Potential, But will non return.

Well the check check in at 4pm seems a little late. only it went practiced. the rooms were comfy but need some renovations. nosotros tried to have them contact us several times reference a planned repast just had to lodge off property from Olive Garden they never return calls. the halls and walkways to the rooms need some kind of disinfection information technology smells muggy. merely very good admission to the beach and the pools were groovy. But be enlightened in ponds nosotros did see two alligators. Security was great friendly, and helpful. bang-up staff

It was a pleasant stay. We enjoyed being able to watch the ocean in the mornings and in the evenings. Nosotros but wish one of the restaurants had some sort of breakfast.

Rooms were make clean, but out of date and bathroom was very pocket-size for husband to use. Security when checking us in was non helpful. He sent the states to wrong building, so we were given the incorrect keys and had to expect with kids and luggage on the side of building until keys were brought dorsum.

Cozy, clean safety

Very cozy and clean, meliorate than I thought expected. The belongings has a guard at the entrance 24/7 to check parking passes and room numbers. No pass, no entry. The pool expanse is huge and clean. The property isn't new merely very well maintained. Sofa bed was not good, just it's a sofa bed. Had a great fourth dimension.

If y'all must become to Hilton Caput, I would strongly advise finding somewhere else to stay. My commencement contact with hotel staff was with a very rude person at reception. There was supposed to be a second party joining u.s., but they had to cancel at the last minute. As a courtesy to them and the hotel, I advised reception of this, and the woman only gave me a sarcastic "what do you want me to do about it?" look. I'm lamentable. I idea it would be nice to let you know you had an available room. My bad. That kind of service was pretty par for the form. Except for one friendly caretaker, everyone else was pretty rude. At that place are three restaurants on the premises, but the pizza place has combined with the sports bar, which doesn't open until 4PM. There'south a pool side bar (which inexplicably closes at 8PM — before the pool does), but the food is overpriced trash. I expect to spend a lot of money on food when on vacation, simply seriously, it was all basic dishes of cafeteria quality. (The fries were okay, I approximate) The bedroom was uncomfortable and cramped. The bed was as creaky as a haunted business firm, the pull out couch was flimsy, and the pillow cases looked muddy. The size of the room was fine, but so overstuffed with furniture it made information technology difficult to become around. The beach was nice. COVID warning: the place has taken pretty token precautions. Barely any masks or SD going on.

Slap-up place to stay

Correct on the embankment with 2 pools. We ate at Coconutz each night of our stay and enjoyed all of the nutrient. I loved the potato skins and the pizza the best. The raspberry Colada was my beverage of option. The unit of measurement was spacious and make clean. The only thing i wish they had were embankment towels. We flew in and could not bring any. Great stay and I volition come up here again.

Fun In The Sun

Such a cozy niggling quaint little condo. Beautifully decorated and and so convenient to the beach. Just a few steps away to the board walk. Would honey to rent over again in the nigh hereafter.

The managers were very overnice. A great place for families. I would volume your trip through the hotel or cheque with the hotel after booking on a net site. Beautiful pool. Short walk to the beach . I would book ahead if y'all want to swallow at coconuts sports bar or for pizza. The accept a bar at the puddle. Keen beach. The room was cleaned and well stocked.

Loved the property overall! Very overnice and family-friendly, super user-friendly with the shuttle cease right outside the resort. Our room was very clean and tidy and spacious. Many dining options correct inside the resort with affordable prices also. The free shuttle likewise goes to and from a shopping center with more dining options and grocery stores.

Nosotros arrived and was assigned a room that was filthy and icky. The front desk reassigned the states a room that was much much meliorate.

This is an older property. We stayed in a ii sleeping room Tennis Villa, it was clear that this unit of measurement had not been updated. It was clean for the almost office but due to it being erstwhile and outdated. Information technology appeared very dingy. Carpet had tons of visible stains

Affordable and prissy...Beach, puddle, food on site.

I read reviews... Planning this trip virtually stressed me out. Unless you are willing to pay $400 and upward per night, you're going to read some bad reviews. I finally ran out of time/patience and booked this resort. It was better than I expected. When we arrived I thought the place looked like an older flat complex. Checking in was piece of cake, even though it was a Hotels.com reservation (reviews have horror stories, I have never had a problem). The beach is right in that location. There's a large puddle and a bar and grill overlooking the beach. We had a 1 bedroom condo that was fine for two adults and mayhap ane child. Information technology was make clean and had everything we needed. That may non always be the case but it was for us. We brought a purse with a lilliputian bit of everything, just in case. Don't become ownership a agglomeration of stuff. Just bring some things from your business firm (personal and cleaning items) We also brought our pillows. So many people complain...Do this and you will be prepared. Pretty simple. $25 per STAY for parking ( Not bad) $110 fee for cleaning (They exercise not clean during your stay and there are dumpsters for your trash and then don't knock yourself out cleaning before you go...Go something for your $110). The staff seemed nice and the condo was make clean. I didn't see any bugs within the whole stay. The air is primal air and works fine. GPS is a must in Hilton Head as virtually things are hidden but it's a beautiful identify. Plenty of stores and great nutrient... Nosotros'll exist back as soon as possible.
